Mai may be tiny, and she may be sweet, but she can spin out the bacon fried rice like it's nobody's business.
Mai's love of cooking began when she was five years old, learning nothing but the best from her mother and nanny while growing up in Vietnam. Before moving to the U.S., she lived briefly in Paris, France, where her culinary skills expanded to broader tastes. (She makes a mean shrimp scampi.)
California Rolls or spicy soybeans were never on her radar – until Spin Sushi.
