Born and raised in Garland, Texas, Frank moved to California in 2005. There, he learned how to make sushi while attending classes at California State University in Sacramento.
After earning his business degree, he combined his newfound knowledge with his skills as a sushi chef, and created a new concept: serve sushi out of a food truck. In 2012, Frank moved himself and his idea back to DFW, and thus, Spin Sushi was born.
Frank’s love of creativity and good tastes is the heart and soul of Spin Sushi. Being a chef is what he truly loves.
